AlpineK Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 Last time we were drinking on the eastside folks from Tacoma outnumbered Eastsiders. Ray, CrazyJZ, and a couple others were there; much to their credit. What I want to know is where do you all want to drink. [ 05-02-2002, 12:19 PM: Message edited by: AlpineK ]
Dave_Schuldt Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 Just bringing this to everyones attention on "todays posts"
Juan Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 I will attend on the eastside. Is this next Tuesday? John Sharp
Cpt.Caveman Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 That is what we are aruing about. this is for next tuesday Juan. We know you have no time for spray and such
AlpineK Posted May 2, 2002 Author Posted May 2, 2002 Bronco is on to something. Perhaps a pub club for those who can climb at Index durring the day, and one for those stuck at work. I'm thinking the bar flys should meet somewhere in Seattle and climbers in the parking lot at Index. [ 05-02-2002, 02:38 PM: Message edited by: AlpineK ]
Cpt.Caveman Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 I disagree you are strongarming the east sides turn. It is our turn just like tacoma has a turn.
AlpineK Posted May 2, 2002 Author Posted May 2, 2002 You showed up Ray, but hardly any others from the Eastside. Rodeo called it and didn't show up. Tacomans outnumbered eastsiders....
specialed Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 We should have a rule that pub clubs cannot be held at pubs in strip malls. That way pub club could never, ever, ever be held on the eastside.

Gaper_#2 Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 how about a pub club at the Deja Vu or lusty lady, or.... although we'll have to drink first.

Thanks for the advice Trask, but its not an issue - your sister's on the pill.
Juan Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 I've not been to one pub club, and Seattle or Bellevue is fine. Bellevue (and I say this as a native) has no cool old bars. Seattle has plenty. Tacky Town is full of drunks who regularly weave up and down 405 and I-5. Let the bastards come north. Can't wait to party with you all. Juan
Dave_Schuldt Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 Yo Gaper #2, i'm shure the ladies that show up for thease things would just LOVE a titty "bar". What good is a strip joint with out beer???
JuanTwoPunch Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 The best titty bar, with several full bars, is the Bustop (sp?) in Boulder. A must visit. Beautiful co-eds and plenty to drink. John
chucK Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 Calm down Dave. Tuesday is five days away. You know, like after this weekend.
Cpt.Caveman Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 There is a pub in Redmond supposed to be good and walking distance from my place. Could make it possible for certain drunkards to spend the night instead of drive drunk. Let me check it out tonight. BTW Beckey comes again on this next one for those that keep on asking.
Son_of_Caveman Posted May 3, 2002 Posted May 3, 2002 I say we go to Caveman's house, pillage his flock, drink all his stout, and smoke all his herb. All in favor, say "Aye"
dick_savage Posted May 6, 2002 Posted May 6, 2002 Guys and Dolls- I can't make it to the Pube Club this week. My friend Sindy would like to attend though. She's a fun girl and a true "clubber" at heart, as you can see in the photo.
Juan Posted May 6, 2002 Posted May 6, 2002 Roanoke Tavern on Mercer Island? That's about as cool as we get on the Eastside.
