David_Parker
Monarch icefield this summer. There were a lot of classic moments I'll never forget. When the 2 season Walrus tent blew down and he kept mumbling "hmmmm. I don't know about this Walrus stuff, I think we shoud send it back!" But the real classic was when after being tent bound most of the trip because of a broken rib he finally went for a walk one morning. He sauntered over to below a dirty rock face where shit obviously came down. It was the only spot on the whole glacier not to go and he sat down right in the debris pile and just hung out for awhile. Not sure what he was thinking at that point but we had a good chuckle over it! Edited December 6, 2003 by David_Parker

Cpt.Caveman
Spaghetti and sticks. Legal fire in the rockies. Just after climbing some rock route he had been after for a few years. What a good time!

sobo
Swilled a few pints with him at the Green Apple pub in Walla Walla a few years back. Doubt he'd ever remember that, but I do remember that he was hitting up my GF (now wife) pretty hard. But then, doesn't he always do that?
