The Visitors came back because the sattellite dish in Cartman's ass was malfunctioning. Eric went to the proctologist and shit, then Cartman wouldn't let anyone touch his asshole except Stan. And Cartman was like (in soft voice) "Come on Stan it won't bite." Then the kids ended up going to the visitor's ship and went partying with the aliens who ended up having gay alien sex and the kids took poloroids and blackmailed the aliens into not destroying the earth.
