Anybody heard more about this one? Kenny Kramer from the NWAC says there was a huge natural avalanche that started as a 5-10' slab near 10,000' on the Newton Clark Glacier yesterday (April 22nd). The avalanche appears to have been related to a recent storm cycle. A portion of the avalanche is said to have run into the ski area of Hood Meadows. The top of the ski area is at 7300' according to the Hood Meadows website.
