Bill be a brakeman, not an engineer,
Still he was a good man, that is clear.
Kids said in back was the mountain,
Crazy donkey said it was Rainier.
He works on the train. That's an engineer. It takes an engineer to keep the brakes running smooth.
A variation in the weather doesn't mean that global warming isn't going to happen. It's just suppose to be more winter like next winter. The long term trend sucks.
All I know is I'll be happy to be on skis next winter.
I've met a bunch of climbing chicks that I thought were hot. It's true they might not win a beauty contest compared to a larger group of women, but just the fact that they're into climbing increases the hotness factor.
Hmm, Should I delete this whole thread.......
I'd do it to amuse myself and make some of you whimper. It might be fun. On the other hand there's other stuff to do.
I'm not sure about where I stand. It's probably no more offensive to say, "look at that fat broad," vs "look at that fat black woman."
My guess is that everybody assumes that the fat woman is obviously white unless you qualify it by adding the word black. At least as long as the talker is a whity. The insulting part is ment to be the word fat.
What the hell do I know though. Personally I've seen plenty of hot black women and white women too.
more so than in the past, if you've actually been able to make it to muir this season ya gotz the right to do whatever low-life sleazy shit you can dream up!
Muir is the ideal spot to practice smoking pot at altitude. If you have to fight about it online then good luck that's a more advanced talent.
My advice is start small then go big.
I was in Zermatt back a few years ago by myself. At the resort I checked out folks skiing up Monte Rosa. It looked pretty straightforward, so I decided to go for it on my own. I didn't make it all the way to the summit, but I did get pretty high up. The ski down was great.
I don't know all the tours up there, but the one I did was pretty easy to figure out without a guide. A few days skiing in the resort with some time scoping the slopes and I bet you can come up with something that you don't need a guide for.
There's a description of potential ski traverses in that area in the John Baldwin book
Exploring the Coast Mountains On Skis.
Near the back of the book look at the section on the Ha-iltzuk-Monarch region.
It's a cool area. I'd love to ski there.
Pot's fine by me, but I don't like climbing stoned or drunk either. I have done a couple really easy things as part of a group while a little fucked up, but we stuck to real easy stuff. In general I'd say wait till it's apresclimbing to light up or drink.
