Would you rather have someone who gets coddled all the way though school and gets straight A's but is dumber than a box of rocks, or someone who got the marginal grades they deserved? You get the latter and you can still be president!

He went politically correct. He's now listed as "enormous testicles arborist".

So how often is the left claiming it's happening? I'm not from the left, I'm from the middle and I don't embrace the idealogy the of the far left or far right as a whole. I just get a little perverse pleasure out of self righteous individuals who wrap themselves in idealogical flag of their party and turn out to be hypocrites. I also thought it was hilarious when Al Gore's energy bills were revealed, and I think Michael Moore is a fat asshole. I see far fewer democrats taking the "if your not one of us, your one of them" attitude than the Neo-Conservatives republics.

It just seems to me that the whole Christian right of the republican party has used the "we're the morally superior ones" platform in their campaign propaganda. It makes me laugh whenever someone such as Sen. Craig, who has gone on record as being anti-gay gets caught doing something like this. Those of use who are moderates (or am I a left wing whack job because because I'm not a card and gun carrying, oh wait, I have a gun and a permit to carry it, never mind, republican) are sick of this political posturing.

He should switch parties; he'd make a perfectly normal liberal. Maybe he and Rev. Teg Haggard should get together and counsel the rest of the right wingers on family values and spiritual purity. According to your conservative goddess Ann Cunter, er, ah Coulter liberals have neither.

Parhaps Rove figured it was best that all of the excess baggage that the GOP/Bush Adminsistration has should be jettisoned as early as possible prior to the 08 elections.

Hell, MIke Tyson was allowed to box after serving his time for rape, for which he seemed wholly unrepentant. I don't believe being a convicted felon would preclude employment in the NFL. Though, if any team takes a chance on Vick, you better believe there will be a huge personal conduct clause in his minimum scale contract. Kind of interesting how the NFLPA has not weighed in on this. Upshaw's silence is deafning.

Hanging out with a friend at his house working on our dirt bikes. Heard it on the radio in his 66 Dodge van.

Try Engo Blister Pads. Available @ Road Runner Sports. Just slap them on the insides of the boot and you get a nice friction free surface. Linky Thing

So MoveOn.org is a farcial left wing organization. Blah Blah Blah. By the way KK, what about the video, did move on make it up or doctor it? Did Cheney really say that shit 13 years ago and can someone explain where his values changed to make all of the consequences that kept us out of Baghdad in Desert Storm acceptable now? 9/11?

That's because when I go climbing with a canadian they're usually screwing the pooch, so it's kind of a natural conversational turn.

Trip: Rainier - DC Date: 7/11/2007 Trip Report: A buddy of mine moved to Albuqerque about 10 years ago and in that time he's made friends with some like minded folks who wanted to climb Rainier. He asked if I'd help them get up there and I obliged. We threw in3 locals and made a team of 11. We stayed at Cougar Rock on the 8th and on the 9th headed up to muir in gorgeous conditions. We made it to Muir in good shape and stayed the night there, most in the hut but a couple of tents. We ended up leaving one of our party at Muir; he just didn't feel he could make it. The next day we got up and made a leisurely jaunt up to Ingraham Flats. The New Mexico folks experienced their first ever crevasse crossing on the Cowlitz and were impressed. We had a great day at the flats and all retired at 6:00 in anticipation of our midnight wake up call. When midnight came we were treated to beautiful conditions, virtually no wind at all! We headed out at 1:00 and took our first break at the top of the cleaver where we were all in awe of seeing the Northern Lights! What a spectacular sight! We left the cleaver and came upon a great crevasse crossing; from a snow bridge onto a serac, down and to the left with an off camber corner that was nicely exposed. Those New Mexico boys puckered on that one! A few hundred feet from that there was another bridge to serac to bridge to glacier crossing. Either the guide service or the park service set up pickets for running belays on that one. After that it was just the typical up and up and up till we hit the crater rim at 6:45 am. Great weather on the summit! THe trip down was mostly uneventful, albeit warm and slushy. One of the snow bridges (the one with the running belay) had collapsed sometime after we crossed on the way up, so a little route finding was needed on the way down. The steak at the Copper Creek in was great! Gear Notes: Typical glacier. Make sure you Bring your pickets Approach Notes: Typical
