  3. 1468 posts and you registered a scant few days before me.
  4. You must be the three most bored individuals in the PNW.
  5. IF he's willing to autograph your RMI nalgene bottle I'd say about 50 cents (25 if you have to supply the pen).
  6. archenema - mean!
  7. CobraHOT
  8. My new plan is to unleash the googlebots on google itself. They'll be logging more catalog time than a bored housewife. Then they will all explode and there will be pelicans dancing and drunk housecats wailing on guitars.
  9. absolutely. the hobo spider is not exclusively an indoor spider, and in fact in europe (where they originate) they mostly live out in fields. They are highly adaptable though, and have taken to living in urban settings easily when there are no predators around.
  10. Could be any number of things but a hobo spider is a possibility. Those bites usually happen indoors though, where they like to hang out. As long as it does not go necrotic and no further systemic s/s appear you are probably fine. There have been a lot more spiders out this season than normal due to the mild winter.
  11. Their nests approach maximum size at this time, then they start to diminish as fall approaches. New queens are produced in the next few weeks to go off and find somewhere to overwinter. The hive switches over to sweeter food sources (like coke, etc) later in the season as well, which might account for their apparent peskiness and overall increased interaction with us. They become more frantic in general as fall approaches when they all die off.
  12. just remember that the robot dance does not - repeat - not get you laid. -c.c.
  13. I wouldn't call yellowjackets wasps, but they are all Vespidae
  14. damn I was looking forward to reading about who designs the ultimate chalkbag
  15. Don't get me wrong I'm not suggesting the pope has not been antagonizing, but simply, it was at least post with some cogent points rather than obscure photos from who knows where.
  16. Unfortunately you are the one sounding like the tool right now. For once pope makes a reasonable, thought-out response w/o irrelevant photos from google, and you produce the above. Too bad, really.
  17. this is f'ing repulsive.
  18. sounds like a fun game
  19. if it's not in bold and all-caps, it's not admissable evidence.
  20. I'd say this is a 3 olyclimber thread
  21. dry-tooling in a gym dedicated to bouldering? can anyone top that? I suppose if it was in Boulder and everyone had to wear orange-tinted sunglasses w/ bd visors. oh and red bull flowed from the drinking fountain.
