if the effect of a "law and order" fellow's agenda is to lock up a particular "race" of people, it doesn't follow that said fellow is a racist. (the notion of "race" is to me rather offensive in itself.) and i also wonder how many of you who are so concerned about matters of "ethnic difference" find yourselves in the company of, say, african americans, and then would use terms like "spear-chucker" to make a point?
