just wanna say that they really take care of their customer. I had a broken .1 cam that I sent to them and they offered to replace it with one of the new C3's for cost and they reslung and re triggered an older bd #1 for $15. cheers

Climbing at the old man and old women and then venturing not far to the wonderful mckinley rock. I was delighted to meet greg orton, chris farlick, and harold hall on my trip. Mt. Rainier is climbed less than hood and it has its own forum..... i have never climbed the thing i am restlessly of tired of the same damn hood TR clogging up the oregon forum.

well no more than any of the other fools traditional climbing and protecting with small gear. I have whipped on the #3 BD microstopper rated @ 5kn or 1124lbs, also the #3 & 4 wild country zero's rated 6kn. While I am not condoning CCH, I am just stating that 5kn is a good bit of force and doubt that many of your average falls generate that much force, and that the most rock will break before the gear does. I appreciate your concern for my idiotcy.

Can we please get a just: Mt. Hood Forum, all the constant reports, and pitter patter that goes on over that snow cone should be in its own forum section.

i think 5 kn's is quite a lot, its almost 1100lbs of force. I have fallen on several smaller nuts and cams that are rated to 2-4 kn and have yet to see failure.
