With the GNP of our great country in mind, I went to Costco today...but ended up feeling so disappointed. The size of the carts for piling on goods at Costco used to satisfy, but these days they aren't cutting it. Sure I felt GREAT helping out a PNW corporation,but I need....DEMAND...more. What I really wanted was a shopping experience such as thus: I arrive at the store and am given the keys to a truck with a small forklift on the backend, ala Home Improvement store delivery truck. I take the truck and drive up to the items I want. I stop the truck, get out and use the forklift to load pallets of my desired item ....sourcream....carpets...tvs...tshirts...smoked salmon...vitamins...pirates of the caribbean DVDs...etc. I load this all on my truck, go through a drive up checkout stand, and rent the truck for the 1/2 day to get my goodies loaded off at the loading bay at home. so who is in with me on this new business venture? additionally, a few things. first of all, these hats: you might be thinking these hats are hip. let me tell you something, they aren't. they were about 2 years ago. they aren't anymore. they are so REVOLUTIONARY. so che. and so yesterday. today I saw a guy wearing one at Costco today and it said "Cargo" on it in silkscreen. and there was a little cargo pocket on it! precious! if you have one of these hats burn it now. thirdly i would like to point out the economy of a costco membership when it comes of the daily meal one might partake in wandering the pillars of steel and product. for a mere 35 dollars or whatever a membership costs, you can eat a meal to two every day! just wander around. Mint fudge cookies. Meatballs (two different flavors, better try them both, twice!). Fine danish cheese. Exquisite pesto ravioli. One low yearly price. The sample chefs rarely disappoint. so grow a pair if you glutenous glads aren't big enough. get there. consume. buy it all. in fact, buy 40+ servings of it all. get a pallet load. 4lbs of pistachio nuts can be a single serving if you use your imagination. thats all

I hope it wasn't that story that I submitted. It was pretty hot though. I guess I'll buy a calendar to support.
