I got my Golite Coal pretty much saturated the other day, while wearing it as a shell/insulation piece, and I was warm, dry, and happy. My 6 Month Night awesome, and for 100 bucks, it can't be beat.

My current theory is that if it is raining, and you aren't just sitting in camp, you will get wet no matter what you're wearing.
