  1. How cool is that? Futuristic thinking frequently comes from the wisdom of a previous generation. Poppycock!!...let the future generations fill in the pockets and bypass the clips to have their own challenge. Buy NOW, pay later.
  2. You told him City Park I hope
  3. Static Point esp for newbies, teaches em good technique and how to "dance" on slabs. Was up there last weekend, perfect weather indeed...awesome views and good climbing...one of my favorite places.
  4. x38...typically short road cut style climbs with too many people is my guess. But the FarSide area and crags around there definitely have fewer people.
  5. Better man, were in the Motherland now
  6. X38 be you best bet...hit the far side...scone...then do a little jig at the Gunshow area...or go to Static and teach em how to climb the manly stuff!
  7. Hey if ya make it to Tacoma...hit the UW starbucks for a complimentary beverage and a free pound of beans! (evenings best)
  8. Yup, either PTPP is trolling or he is an incredibly self centered fcking a$$munch...I am thinking BOTH.
  9. Cool tip, I had no clue they did work like that! Thanks VERY much!
  10. Howdy, I am looking to get the zipper on my wifes sleeping bag replaced, the dog went on a zipper chewing frenzy awhile back and were just getting around to fixing things up so we can use em. Can anyone recommend a local (greater Puget Sound) shop that does softwear repair? The whole zippers gonna need to come out and on a mummy bag that looks like a brutal task. Any input would be cool! Thanks!
  11. any roasted product could be suspect...assuming that there are baked potatoes nearby.

  14. My first "rack" had some Orange colored Liberty biners ( look at the back cover picture in the book Yosemite Climber of Dave Diegleman on Separate Reality...his chalkbag biner is an old Libery Orange flat nose.) In 1996 I found an old oval biner on an obscure rappel in the Kolob (at the west end of Beatty point) with the name TROUT etched into the side of it. I am guessing it was formerly owned by the desert climber/explorer Ken Trout. Fun stuff regardless
  15. more...try 20+

  18. Very hilarious! BUT...SWG is so EQ.. hell weve been in EQ since day one (I figure I have about one year of cumulative solid playingtime on all of my chars ) and at this point...I am over it. Alot of our friends werent too impressed with SWG so we never picked up on it. CoH directly addresses all that was wrong with EQ and makes a fun/fast and intense game. Were on the Protector server if anyones playing...do a tell to my character: Brap or Hayduke
  19. For your next rest day and beyond... New MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) on the block, City of Heroes 's big time. Just switched over from Everquest and its awesome. If your looking for a killer online game this ones fast and hella fun. Right down to the annoying ditz on her cell phone and cash machines.
  20. Rancillio is a very nice machine! A word of advice... - Prime before each use - Flush out your steaming wand..old milk will jack it up and stink like dead pigeons! - Use the proper grind...#3 on a ditting or #5 on the Mahlkonig. - Enjoy!
  21. Im pretty fond of my Bosch Annihilator, 3 amp batteries and all. Bomber and a nice upgrade from my old bulldog. Cant really go wrong with the tried and true.
