  2. You want super pussy? You got super pussy! Someone please stop me.
  3. CALL ME!
  4. Now the long horns are gone and the drovers are gone the commanches are gone and the outlaws are gone and SEAHAWK is gone!
  5. But of course this thread is not getting old!!!
  6. WTF!!! Nothing that comes out of Utah makes any fawking sense. I feel sorry for you having to live there. Get out as soon as you can!
  7. OK shit fer brains shini bearcrap, tell us more about your MRE belt pack too, unless you would rather eat mouse shit. and BTW the only thing from montana is steers and queers, and I dont see no horns on your avatar baa
  8. Fawk you seababy mlu salesman and all you ghouls. I go away for part of a day, and the spray is so volumous, I can't even keep up with it. Anyone want to post a summary??
  9. yeh, whatever hoser maybe I'll start another thread. Any speculations on what that will be?
  10. It seems too many ghouls, clueless twits, and MLU salesmen have not allowed me to hyjack their thread satisfatorily, so here we go again...
  11. Good idea although it concerns me that the mighty snafflehound may be the only morsel available.
  12. If it don't have an MLU integrated into it, it ain't shiiiiiiiiiiit.
  13. I got a crock pot too. Thinking of cooking some of this up.
  14. Thanks for the reminder rooster, now back to this really important thread. Why do you suppose this flying cat is out in weather that is uncertain. Note the clouds in the sky. Perhaps it is unaware of PNW weather changes. But more important, why do cats make so much noise at night?? Any speculation?
  15. Speak for yourself. I vote person and ideals, not party. If that turns out to be one party more than another, then so be it, but party rarely, if ever, enters into it. I don't see voting for the person that reflects my views and ideals as throwing away my vote, even if I'm the only person that voted for him/her. Otherwise I'd be sanctioning things I don't believe, just to try to pick the winner. Now that's a wasted vote. Well said! Oh you poor misguided idealistic grasshoppers. One day you will take a stand.
  16. Thanks for the comments everyone, guess I'm in the market for a couple of beacons.
  17. Unfortunatly we have a two party system. Unless you want to throw away your vote, you have to choose Republican or Democrat. I see myself more of a green or socialist, but I do not vote for them, choosing the democratic party as my spokesman. We all have party affiliations.
  18. I'm only an hour away from the Wallowas, and ususally get there often. However the snow pack has not looked good yet, so I have no beta. Hopefully I will be at wing ridge next week, and if so I will post here. Wing ridge is the best winter ski in my opionion. You skin up right from the car at salt creek summit. There is a tent/hut system not too far in, and then lots of slopes above it to ski. Aneroid is a long ski in, and makes a better spring trip with longer days, and higher snow line. You can stay at the aneroid lake camp, then go up hill to tenderfoot basin for the best spring skiing anywhere. You can always post at telemark tips here http://www.telemarktalk.com/phpBB/viewforum.php?forum=1&72686 there are some local telemarkers there.
  19. Interesting link, I'll have to continue reading up on it. I practice with mine a bit every season, and it works fine so I feel comfortable with it and identical models. I've got the impression that analog has a longer range than digital so it has that going for it. But if the compatibility with other digital transievers that skiers are carrying is poor, then it sure defeats the purpose of carrying one. May have to turn in the wool pants and wooden ice axe too.
  20. I'm still using a couple Ortovox F2 tranceivers when skiing. I know they have newer stuff now, like the M1 and M2 and was wondering if my old F2s are compatible with them. Any ideas?
  21. Never can trust a rooster. Could you ask your crystal ball what kind of cat is this? Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance; mtnmouse
  22. My concern, woodsy, is that as a rather small alpine rodent, I need to evaluate my predators. An obese three legged, albiet flying, cat is not too threatening. However six legs?? I may have to stay underground.
  23. shhhhh. 5 minutes spraying while at the same time 55 minutes downloading pron.
  24. Well I missed the special moment- 1000 posts! Thats what you get when you're outside exercising. Kind of hobbles our spraying doesn't it since as a rule we have to share our time with work, exercise, climbing, and spraying. Do you ever wonder how many hours were put into that spraying of 1000 posts? Maybe 1000 hours, or 125 days, or a third of the year. Congratulations!
