Could it be both? It is, after all, the CC.com standard of exellence we all strive for. Little touchy there.

Got them back today

I think I sent all mine to aliencamsbeyotch to be tinsel tested. Wondering how that's going to work out.

It's the reverse for me, I climber higher grades in the valley. Consistantly. Sometimes I think NW climbs tend to be rated easier than they are. I think Karate is signifigantly harder than Bishops. Karate is harder than Peruvian Flake or Son of Sam too, both Valley 10as for instance. This is one of the "your results will vary" things I think.

I need to spend the week getting organized, so if I get out, it will be for banging out a few boulder moves. Ujahn just called and might get out tonight. He thought White Rabbit would be good for him, maybe you can set up that and "You Lunge, you Plunge, Sucker" just to the right as you look down from the top, with the same rope. That has real sweet Sean-like face climbing which can be done several ways do as to avoid boredom on it.

Kev, how did the glue work out BTW? Remember the chain someone ripped off at Rocky Butte I posted the other day? I took another chain and used that anerobic threadlocker on it when I replaced it. Looking at it, I figured that a dickwad with a wrench would crank it and make the whole bolt spin, so then, in a moment of weakness, I ran to home depot and bought that grey epoxy JH has been using and I totally covered that nut/stud/washer and part of the chain with epoxy and seated rocks inside to make cutting it off more difficult. Point is, I never saw how the threadlocker worked. Hope it worked for you.

Dude you took his avatar pic clean off the site.

_____________________________________________ Gary said: You won't find consensus, but my opinion is if everyone knew who was posting, and not under a pretend name, there would be signifigant improvement. Interestingly, some of the real asswipes have left. Trask for instance, was not even a climber, he merely liked abusing people. I've had a couple of abusive posts just evaporate and suggest the mods do that when when see it. Not just to mine I mean either:-) Gary said: Abusers can't control themselves which is why they head down that road to start with, let a mod just delete the real mean trash, humor stays. Gary said: Thats too bad as you're not alone, I know exactly what you mean. Hope you change your mind at some point. I think it's better than it use to be. __________________________________________________________ Told ya this would happen.

As someone who has just gotten Visa approval from the Chinese govermnet to travel to China, (the country formerly known as Tibet) in 2 weeks. I feel it is my duty as an honest and free citizen to refrain from commenting on the "Tibet" situation: saying for now only that the glories of Communisim are now being freely shared with our brothers in that area of China now no longer refered to as Tibet or called Tibet except by a few reactionary capitolist running dogs. I have been told that it is illegal to bring in, own, or posess a picture of the Dali Lama in Tib..err....china. However, the brothers in that country formerly known as Tibet now have the glories of communisim, so why would they need a picture?

Ouch, well, I don't know how that info got out...... Bryan, see you next time, I'm out of the country for this one. Sounds like a good time though. If the ice comes in in Johns backyard garden hose/ice wall this year, my moneys on you dude. Or John since he wins those comps. Or maybe Marcus....or Mikey?.....Oleg?.....Tim?

Then show up and bring some beer this time ya lush. ps, Dru: do you want to get into the office pool? It's if you can do a standard 2 arm chin up. To be fair, I'm up to 3 now....that's doing them non-stop and all in a row too.

Ok! sounds good.

I could use some climbing after work as long as you're gonna keep your brake hand on the rope. Can't make it till 5:30 or so though. What do you want to get on Frank, you get there first and you get to choose. If thats too late, no worries, I'll go boulder. It's all good.

No, it is on top, very easy to access, right next to the other one. Maybe 10-12" away.
