for overall endurance i have no idea if this will work...but stranger things have happened...

being able to view a trip leader's resume would be something i would expect before i signed onto a trip...you can view a guide's resume...why not a tl's??
...so is there an exam to become "experienced"? Can you check out a resume???

i still don't understand how someone can be an expert in one year and qualified to teach a class just cuz they got through a class the year before taught by an "expert"...
Feathered Friends definitely has the lace ups, i just picked up a pair a month ago...and miuras, i think...if not, you can walk across the street to rei and check the miuras out there...
