on the inferno route,i had a 4.5....seems to me tho if were talking protecting the crux climbing on that route the 4.5 is too small. do a search for uncle trickys "disco inferno" TR for a description of this climb..good reading

ilike stonegardens better...just have not climbed much at vertworld... but oh man... the stalagtite routes sooooo cool, you like work these flakes up and left, till you can reach this 2ft long stalagthingy-match, step high to the last flake, rock up grab high for the outside edge of the arete, move a foot up to the bottom of the stalagtite, and kick-out to a rad stem in the corner... then... move into this pinch-fest up the arete all the while desperatly stemming till you reach this sweet little knob... well anyway you get the idea. climbing plastic rips!!!
-
you should check out stonegardens...its fun you should hop on the stalagtite (sp) route up the hanging corner- its pretty boss, just featurs the whole way, stemming, and theres no tape... an au natural route in the gym

i checked a little place out last nite on lower queen anne called tup tim thai or somethin like that...good stuff, but as was said earlier thai food is good food, i've rarely been dissapointed, except at this one spot on mercer island forgot the name...

thai tom for sure... the original! go on wed, fri, or sat to see the man in action. you'll wait to sit, but its worth it... try the garlic-pepper, or panang...-yum if yer vegan, or don't do fish sauce try arrayas up the street, they have a sweet lunch buffet too. the faux chix (tofu) satays with peanut sauce are real good. in ballard thaiku is awesome...wednesday nites go later, sit in the bar and hear Hans Teuber, one of seattles premier sax players with a group of drums bass piano and guests... the cocktails there are wild too... ask the bartender about the specials to make you peak... in b-ham, busara gets my vote... for garlic lovers the gai busara will deliver...
