yeah it just seems hard on your gear and body to be doing it a lot. Ice climbing is painful enough for me as it is.

the other classic link to send to co-workers is the "I love gay porn" link. all that slab stuff is easy if you bring along your helicopter gunship to propel yourself to the chains (helicopter gunships are not aid). Unfortunately I left mine in my other pants last weekend so many routes were not sent.

seems like the most damaging falls in skiing are those slow "over the handlebars" kind that torque the knees just enough to tear the ligaments but not enough to release the binding until the damage is done.
