BUT I LIVE IN OREGON!!! I would realy like to see a hanging belay in action. I would love to see a prtaledge set up as well and I want to learn to aid and well... BRING IT ON I am however a slow learner and I am still not comfortable placing cams and nuts. JEEZ! how long until spring??? Although I am happy to report that I have had alot of help over comming my rope management issues and I am doing much better now (Figger Eight, you know what I am talking about )

where and when kiddies???? well I know smith this weekend, but I am not hiking all over hell and back to find anyone, so pm me and pick a place to meet at arround 11:am on saterday ifn ya wanna.. if not I will be wimpering at the base of gingersnap waiting for some sucker to come along and feel sorry for me and give me a belay If there is snow on the pass saterday morning JK will have gotten me so drunk on the way there that it could be a "rest" day for me

I would be up for such an anchor session... NOT TLG in her room Have set up many top rope anchores with runners but want to learn to use JK's super cord stuff. And I would like to practice making anchors with trad gear if we could come up with a way to do it... inside out side.. where ever. just let me know where and when And I will try to work out being there. Who wants to instruct????? DRU? TEX? ANYONE??? I can say for a fact that GegW makes beautiful anchors maybe he would help out all of us

I know nothing, But I would bet the waves have more to do with the nasty weather system that is moving in than the earth quake... the quake was inland wasn't it???? If there was a nasty quake out at sea, then I can see the waves rolling in big and nasty because of the quake... but then what the fuck do I know????

it's your time spend it how it makes you happy. I bet we get at least one good day of climbing in, and for me that is enough Hope you have a great time whatever you do, TLG we will see you another time for sure
