  3. hmm... 6mm static. strength difference. if it is 7mm static... no worries about breaking strength, but back breaking strength when you ty to arrest a crevasse fall. i have a 7.9mm 30 meter that kicks serious ass for quick glacier travel in relatively safe areas. sucker is sooo light! What kind is it and where did you get it? mammut... got it at MEC off a roll for $50 canadian. already pulled one person out of a crevasse with it

  6. dont do it. from what i have experienced, if you get one of those chiros, they are like crack. you will keep having to come back. get one that will get the job done right the first time. i went to a guy for a while and then switched and he fixed me and no probs till i crashed my bike. i think it is time for a tune up.

    Hmmm.... Thats a tuffy...... Neither, i'll stay home and do laundry.... so that is why greg didn't go. impacted stool?
  22. i was leading 5.8's on gear and saw the bale cramar route and decided to lead it and got it. says a lot about the mental aspect of climbing and how we sel our selves short so easily.
