I recommend the ones that fit your feet. There are various brands/models marketed to women, but those models may not end up being the ones that fit you best. You have to go to the shops and try stuff on. Several makers now include thermal custom fit liners, which is a nice feature.

you can also sit the fuel canister in a pan of water and periodically add more warm water from the pot you are heating. Or use a chemical hand warmer on the bottom of the canister. there was a thread on this before ... do a search.
