Ken, it will take lots of rock, the soil is loose and somewhat sandy. Where else can you ride that stays dry? The area will be mostly slow speed skill building. Obsticals, switchbacks, small drops and the like. Unerworld, what gets built depends on who shows up and works.

My brother applied for a job at the Budwiser malt plant. What's the area like? How close to City of Rocks and other cool spots? Any mountain biking? How many and what kind of Mormons? He has a wife and 3 young kids. They both ski and Jammie is an art teacher. He works at the A B brewery in Newark NJ. The cost of living is out of control! They are getting sick of Jersy.

Started building a month ago, lots more work to go.
