Dude you're not really selling me on your program here. I think I'll just watch Friends. Joey has a crush on Rachael. -

Why should we be interested in listening to some dude who guides rich bumblies up big volcanoes? Is he an interesting person? Has he done anything particularly noteworthy? Is he certified to belay at Vertical World? [ 02-18-2002: Message edited by: specialed ] -
I know this isn't a climbing pic but its a pic nonetheless:

My van takes 10-15 minutes to warm up when its cold out. It won't run unless it warms up. Could this be a problem with my radiator or my carburator? This is CarTalk.com right or did my browser refresh to that lame climbers website again?

Erik, Caveman: I'm still too stoned from this weekend to argue with you.

Rain just follows you around, eh? Sounds like an adventure though. I thought Merci Me was exciting enough when dry!

Funny. I've had the same question, because my girlfriend is going down there in March and needs to know if she can take her dog or not. We concluded that since its a National Park they're probably pretty uptight and it would be a bad idea. But I haven't heard anything firsthand. Perhaps someone can enlighten us?

Since the Chouinards moved to L.A. before Yvonne was 17, I guess some random peak in the southern sierras?

Wow dude that looks way tits. I was going to go to Golden next week to climb ice but I think I'll go there instead. That things huge. I really don't know understand why people don't consider Washington and ice climbing destication after seeing that picture. And the coolest thing about it is there was way more ice than snow in that picture. Dude you are sooo RAD!!!

Looks like better skiing than climbing anyway.

Industrial energy conservation is actually the best "alternative energy source" as reported by American Prospect. But George isn't into conservation because that means less $ for his oil buddies. He could be promoting energy efficiency through tax-breaks, etc. but he'd rather drill up Supercrack of the Desert. -
I heard they can't really ticket you unless they catch you in person. So its not a real ticket unless they catch you returning to your car at the trailhead. Is that true?

Where would climbing be if not for all the eccentric characters. Jim Beyer, for example, was all "politicized" even went to El Salvador to hang out with the Sandanistas. And he's the sickest aid-soloist EVER. You might be a little out there, but that's cool man. Hey, we both agree the Bush's suck ass though right. -

Cleester - You should bottle up all your anti establishment energy and go off on some sick death extreme alpine routes. Like Twight with his no mediocracy punk rock fueled suffer fests. That would be rad. -
Except that it smells like cowshit.
