Yes all you at Pub Cluib are missing out on a damn fine chili tonight!

1/2 cup dry navy beans
1/2 cup dry little black beans

In saucepan boil with water until all water boiled away but before beans burn.

Decant beans and gummy bean boiling residue into large cast iron deep fry pan. Add some (2 tbsp?) organic canola oil.

Set heat to medium or 6.

Add: 1/2 jar pickle juice (ie 1/2 of the juice left when all pickjles have been eaten out of jar)
6 large brown mushrooms
1/2 large red onion
2 or 3 cloves garlic

Let heat thru and bubble.

Then add 1 loaf of Yves Ground Round (today is veggie day. Otherwise use 1 lb ground buffalo)

Let heat thru and bubble again.

Now add

4 small red peppers (remove seeds and tops)
1 or 2 enormous large fresh tomatoes (from vine best or hydroponic)
spices in large pinches:
cumin, coriander, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, black pepper
spices in small pinches:
curry powder, nutmeg, salt
shots of
ketchup, HP, soy sauce, Jagermeister (normally I put beer in but I'm outa beer)

simmer for 20 minutes while spraying or talking on phone

Eat with organic blue corn chips

Serves 4 or (with leftovers for lunch) 1 hungry sprayer for 4 days.

This recently cause someone commented that as a bachelor I can't cook just because when I make apple pie I don't peel the apples.
