I think you boys are talking about Steel Grill (5.9) at Vantage. In my opinion, the best crack there for the grade.

yeah, were got it on saturday too. got a late start and headed up to liberty bell- it started pouring while we were on the trail. We headed over to mazama to clip bolts.

What I usually do while soloing a glacier- bring along an old ship anchor (100 lbs works best) and clip the the chain attached to it to the belay loop on your harness, and drag it along behind you. I also bring a Warren wench or heavy-duty come-a-long to extract myself, should I fall into a crevasse...works like a charm!

cmtl is a good tele stock. I pussed out and dumped it at $7- its in the $9's right now, and I believe it is going to continue climbing. I got screwed big time on mcit (basically a wcom stock) I was holding out for the .60 div to try and break even- no div! Good news is, I can try an recop at tax time. I was descending the fisher chimney route 3 years ago and watched as a guy slid down a snow slope, flew off a 15' cliff, hit, slid some more, fell off another 15-20' cliff, landed, and tumbled another 40' feet before coming to a halt. We ran to his aid. One of the guys I was with was an EMT and began acessing him. He jumped to his feet and said in a strong german acsent "I'm f&*cking fine, just f%&cking pissed" and walked off.
