He has some condition for which medical pot is helpful, and he wanted to move here to be free to grow it without harrassment. Jean Chretien, our pm, has promised a bill in the spring that will decriminalize personal possesion (up to 1 oz is the number being thrown around). He is an outgoing pm who never had much time for Clinton or Bush, so it might just happen. Quote
