Found it. Chinese actress Pan Shuangshuang. Looks like she Ice climbs too and the axe isn't held backwards.:-)

We would need to see if the buckle is double-backed: but then I realized the Petzl buckles do not have that requirement. Nice ice tool.

That's why you should always spell it Putzl. Well, that's one reason, at least...
