I didn't think guys like you were into shades-of-gray. :poke:

How 'bout we just make a decision wheel that you spin when you leave the house? 1/3 of the wheel entitles you to a lawsuit if something bad happens to you, 2/3 of the wheel mean tough shit. You log the results online with your attorney after your spin. If you happen not to make it across the tracks that day, the decision has already been made what your course of action is.

Some friendly advice: Obey traffic laws like the rest of us, and don't run over/into obstacles and expect the rest of us to pick up the bill.

License tabs and mandatory liability insurance for road cyclists.

Fuck yeah, in most of the communist countries you had to have a "license" to ride your bike, even in a park. FW true (read red) colors are out again.

next time you have a car accident you should cover any police and emergency costs.

Our FW is yet another 'libertarian' who can't seem to dislodge the corporate cock from the back of his throat.

what about our favorite Libertarians billionaires who spend obscene quantity of dough to catapult their "get big government off our back" propaganda while they use eminent domain to preempt 1300 landowners to lay a pipeline:

"MinnCan is a $300 million dollar, 300-mile long trek through Minnesota from Clearbrook to Rosemount. For the first 100 miles, it matches an existing pipeline. In the last 200 miles, it runs through virgin countryside, completely ignoring an existing route and instead traversing 183 streams and rivers, 14 watersheds, and preempting the property of 1,300 landowners in 14 counties under eminent domain – 23 of them organic farmers. MPL and Koch call this their "Greenfield" route."

Same people whose Georgia Pacific enjoys taxpayer funded Forest Service roads to log on public land. Come on welfare queens get back to work and don't forget to pay up your FS user fees!
