billcoe
We split a pig that was naturally raised by some folks my brother knows in Eastern Oregon. All of our Pork and Pork type products came from there. It's tougher than your normal pork, and we like it that way.

denalidave
Some friends of the family raise our pig every year. I always intend to go meet the little feller before he is in the freezer, but it has yet to happen. Maybe this year? After getting it this way, I cringe at the thought of the thought of poor souls eating store bought bacon, sausage, ham, steaks, chops, mmmmmmmmmmmmm BACON. I digress...
