prole Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 I'm beginning to seriously consider emigration. Sorry Obama. Coming across things like this on an almost daily basis is making the decision easier. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 I'm beginning to seriously consider emigration. YES!!! PLEASE!! Quote
prole Posted February 19, 2008 Author Posted February 19, 2008 I'm guessing you're voting for the five-year option? Don't worry, I'll still be able to write to you. Quote
olyclimber Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 hello. how can i meet girl such as this? she seems like nice girl. Quote
Hendershot Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 That's the first thing I look for in a woman, inteligence. Because if they don't have it, then they are mine! Quote
JayB Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 The irony of this statement coming from a self-described Marxist is so staggering that it has a kind of grandeur to it... Quote

sirwoofalot Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 I don’t believe it, I refuse to believe it. It is all an act. No one is that stupid. The things she said? Shocking, just slack jawed shocking. Even if she made an intelligent guess would be one thing, but, “Is France a country?” is just unbelievable. Quote
olyclimber Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 this video made the rounds a long time ago on most boards, and the comments made on this board about this matter really are lacking. Quote
olyclimber Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 brutal! http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1802919 Quote
tomtom Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 I'm beginning to seriously consider emigration. Gosh, sounds like the whiners from when Bush was reelected. They're still around. I don't think you'll make the same mistake. Don't let the door hit you in the ass. Quote
Fairweather Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 I believe she is the archetype Obama supporter. Say hi to Alec Baldwin and Robert Redford for me! Oh...wait...they're still here...damn!! Quote
prole Posted February 20, 2008 Author Posted February 20, 2008 Really, I'm having a hard time finding much of anything redeeming about this country at all right now. What passes for politics is pure rubbish, the "culture" is in the toilet, and people are getting meaner and dumber. And they're armed to the teeth to boot. We've got "random" suicide attacks in public places by disturbed young men at least twice a month. People are retreating deeper into virtual experiences, gated subdivisions, celebrity trainwreck, bling, Botox, high on tha Chronic, the blood of Jesus, or prescription antidepressants. Total fucking waste. But, I'm open to debate. I'll give you flagwavers or anyone else a bright shiny nickel if you can tell me what's so great, so exceptional, about this country right now without resorting to an argument based on some variation of "it's better than living in a gulag". Game on. Quote
rob Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 we are having an election. Isn't that great? Isn't that exceptional? Are you really a marxist? I just finished reading the communist manifesto. He had some good ideas, but warped with anger. As are you. Just saying. Quote

rob Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 sounds like you've made up your mind not to accept any argument Quote

prole Posted February 20, 2008 Author Posted February 20, 2008 (edited) Jazz. Advertising. Jazz is a good one but it was invented when my grandfather was a child and reached its height during his young adulthood. Does it still count? Edited February 20, 2008 by prole Quote
Fairweather Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 America's two and only contributions to the arts. What's great about America today? Capitalism thrives despite attempts by your kind to strangle it. Run along to your island. Quote
Fairweather Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 The great thing about America is that even a dim bulb like that woman can make a go of it. There ya go. Quote
