So after all this hemming and hawing they changed it at the last minute and she didn't get intro music :(

But it didn't really matter as Ellen was the unanimous winner :rawk: :rawk: :rawk:

She has a fight in 2 weeks so if you think of something good between now and then dont hesitate to post it here.

As of right now she is still leaning towards her original choice

Ill try to post some pics from the fight later :battlecage:

Major props to Ellen for getting into the ring! Two things I noticed, though. She needs to keep her guard up when throwing combinations, and she needs to move (i.e., circle and create angles). Good job, though.

P.S. I see my abs (all of them) every day.

True enough. My point was, diet is an important component, in addition to core exercises. Many people do thousands of crunches, and the like, hoping to get that look but never change their diet (or do not change it correctly); consequently, they fail. Good luck.

having abs visible means shit as far as core strength...

its more a function of genetics and subcutaneous fat than anything else.

I know tons of people with wicked core strength and trunks for obliques and abs, you could punch 'em square and it feels solid, yet no definition there. Additionally, they can have "ripped" arms and back...

That pretty much supports my point. Strengthening your core does little to remove the layer of fat covering your abdominal and oblique muscles. Not having the "pack" doesn't mean the strength isn't there.
