high_on_rock Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 Hey, we would have just as many pot heads if they would quit locking up all our drug users! We need to retake the record. Quote
AlpineK Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 (edited) Cocaine use twice as high for U.S. students If we had to rank problems I'd say that coke is way ahead of pot. In a real study I'd bet that alcohol is ahead of pot in terms of problems. Edited July 11, 2007 by Feck Quote
G-spotter Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 We're only #1 in the industrialized world. #4 globally. see, globalization is bad. Quote
Winter Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 bring bring! hello? Yes, this is the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. We're doing a survey and would like to know if you smoke marijuana. Quote
lI1|1! Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 Cocaine use twice as high for U.S. students and three times as high for U.S. presidents. Quote
jmace Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 If we had to rank problems I'd say that coke is way ahead of pot. Coke's too expensive to become a problem..if your doin coke you got the loot so its not a problem...its them crack and meth heads that are the problem. Quote
AlpineK Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 (edited) I was listening to a story on the radio back last week. It seems that the only truly effective way to get rid of cocaine plants is to go out there and dig them up by hand. I guess the spray our government loves is only effective for a bit and then the plant springs right back. It makes a tree guy proud to hear that if you want to get rid of something you have to do it by hand and human strength. Then again maybe they could hire a heard of tweaked out goats. G-spotter Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I read a story in Wired Mag that said the Colombian cartels have genetically engineered herbicide-resistant coca plants that are impervious to the sprays. think about that the next time you toot some supposedly "organic free range non-GMO" nose candy.
