RuMR Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 screw training...its overrated... my approach... 1. do nothing for months on end, this will deliver you to the crag incredibly psyched to pull down... 2. climb really well for the first half of the day, in fact you will climb exceptionally well... 3. then BLAMMO! you are injured with at least a couple of months of recovery... 4. BackCountryPunk Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Bike to the climbing gym (33 minutes), climb for 2hrs, bike home (36 minutes), 1/2 hour yoga, ab work, some weights (shoulders, calfs, squats). Sit on the couch and smoke a joint. get a really good nights sleep. Quote
