ashw_justin Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Climb: Mt. Baker- Date of Climb: 5/14/2006 Trip Report: Mt. Baker is a pretty big mountain, but not too big and that is why lots of people climb it. I was going to post my TR from the summit, especially because of all the n00bs, which explains my rage upon finding no wireless on Mt. Baker summit. WTF? Gear Notes: satellite internet transmitter/receiver Quote
patrickmcc Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 You just need to pick your routes more carefully. My partner and I had the Coleman Headwall all to ourselves that day! Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 That's the funniest TR in a while. I can't wait to ski that bay boy soon Quote
luwayo Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 well done again, Patrick! were you in the red or green jacket? we were snoozing at the summit windbreak hotel when you returned to your gear. so where's your TR? Quote
ashw_justin Posted May 18, 2006 Author Posted May 18, 2006 I deleted this photo because there wasn't very good lighting in the shot. Looked as filled in as ever, I guess. Was pretty much continuous. Quote

colt45 Posted May 18, 2006 Posted May 18, 2006 Actually now that I think about it, that last photo is probably the one you're interested in...but climbing the ice cliff would be pretty cool too. Quote
JoshK Posted May 18, 2006 Posted May 18, 2006 HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! What a cluster fuck!!! That is ridiculous. So what is up with the ghetto oldskool laptop on the ski trip?? Quote
dmuja Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Everyone knows the best way to do Baker is to first check your Polish weather station (its ok Klenke, Im part Polish too). If the rock is wet, I mean rEELLY wEt, ie if its raining like MF'n cats n dogs in the low lands, then its a good day to go.. seriously, it scares the crowds away. Quote
ashw_justin Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 You got some beautiful vapor stuff going on there, too bad that dude is ruining the picture. And no skis!? jeezus man, where is the puking smiley. Quote
