Trip Report:

Mt. Baker is a pretty big mountain, but not too big

 

and that is why lots of people climb it.

 

I was going to post my TR from the summit,

 

especially because of all the n00bs,

 

 

which explains my rage upon finding no wireless on Mt. Baker summit. WTF?

You just need to pick your routes more carefully. My partner and I had the Coleman Headwall all to ourselves that day!

Looked as filled in as ever, I guess. Was pretty much continuous.

Actually now that I think about it, that last photo is probably the one you're interested in...but climbing the ice cliff would be pretty cool too.

Everyone knows the best way to do Baker is to first check your Polish weather station (its ok Klenke, Im part Polish too). If the rock is wet, I mean rEELLY wEt, ie if its raining like MF'n cats n dogs in the low lands, then its a good day to go.. seriously, it scares the crowds away.
