That's a nice shot. Is that from Roosevelt or the smaller summit to the north of it? I skied across Snow Lake on July 4th this year !!! [Cool] I think the slot couloir is visible on the north face of Snoqualmie. Here's to doing the Snoq Haute Route this winter! [big Drink] I think abbreviation a long word for what it really means. I think it should be just: dsfdj. Thank you.

I skied/investigated in the pass areas this morning and afternoon. The base layer is about 8-12 inches (aspect and valley dependent) and there is already a significant rain crust that developed over 4000ft making for some really shitty conditions. The new snow falling right now will probably make conditions 100% better by morning though.

Good news all! They are coming into shape! Guye peak saw its first ascent this winter via the s. rib and I think they will only get better with time/freshiez/cold

nothing wrong w clarifying. some friends did that a few weeks ago (w snow). prob couldnt notice there tracks w new snow and melt/freeze cycles being what they have been. theres wasnt first ascent this winter either though...

sounds fun anyway. glad u guys had a good time
