Tophervw Posted June 7, 2006 Posted June 7, 2006 Gotta love Ted the waitress! Maybe I'll confuse her this time and get the salmon. Â Salmon East of lake washington, I'd reconsider.... Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted June 7, 2006 Author Posted June 7, 2006 So, meeting tonight near the same spot and the same time (4:30pm). In case you didn't get the memo, the Park and Ride is now closed. So instead, get off the same exit and turn right onto hwy 900, then the first left at the next light (NW Gilman). Afterwards, an immediate left into the QFC parking lot. We'll be the grungy dudes who look out of place in Issaquah. Quote
RocNoggin Posted June 7, 2006 Posted June 7, 2006 do you know yet where you will be climbing? I am up at the Pass and I might come down to join you, meet you at the TH or something. Quote

RocNoggin Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 light rain at the Pass now, but the clouds look thin, it might be OK at X38... Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 It was sucking so we turned around and went back home. Thinking about maybe tomorrow. You able to do the RocNoggin? I know CBS is talking about it. Quote
catbirdseat Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 The forecast is looking better for this evening. It's not raining now according to radar. I've got my gear with me. So where do we carpool from now that the Issaquah Park and Ride is closed? Did someone say Exit 18 park and ride? Quote
RocNoggin Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 as of noon it is raining at the Pass, but it looks like the sun is trying to burn through. whats it like down there? if it dries out this afternoon I think I could make it today. Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 RocNoggin, I'm out for today. PM Catbirdseat and I'm sure he'll give you a belay. Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 So where do we carpool from now that the Issaquah Park and Ride is closed? Did someone say Exit 18 park and ride? Â Personally, we have been meeting at the QFC on the immediate left after turning right off the on-ramp on the same exit. Is this a better place? Quote

Weekend_Climberz Posted June 15, 2006 Author Posted June 15, 2006 N00bs are okay. There are usually a few other's that are relatively new that show up. Add this to your favorite's and keep in touch. Quote
