Dave_Schuldt Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 What a dumbass. What I want to know is why he did it. Did he think he wouldn't get caught? Quote
Gary_Yngve Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Maybe he wanted fame or fortune? As for not getting caught, the downside of academia is there is such pressure for getting new results, and little work is being done verifying existing results or building them into something suitable for industry. Many papers are accepted each year that have false statements or irreproducible results. Quote

cj001f Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Cold Fusion was the last good Warren Miller film. There ever was such a thing? I always thought the last good Warren Miller was before you personally got tired of his 55 year old schtick - because he's been doing the same f'ing thing since 1950. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Cold Fusion was the last good Warren Miller film. Cold Fusion is a dated application development technology. Quote
