EWolfe Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 Man, I love the smell of flinted rock, the sound of random and wanton destruction, and the sight of meat-crushing tonnage gaining speed and destroying everything in it's path. TRUNDLING RULES!!!! Quote
rbw1966 Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 A gun is an explosion, albeit on a smaller, more controlled scale. Quote

Dru Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 trundle v : move heavily; "the streetcar trundled down the avenue" To push rocks off a cliff or down a slope and cause chaos and destruction below. To roll boulders. HENCE To drop things [eg. coils] from a great height. Quote
Blake Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 The North face of Mt. Fernow's E. ridge offers amazing trundling possibilities. I think that there is even an overhang which could be B.A.S.E. jump-able, if you are cool with landing on a glacier. Extra style points to the first person who identifies the large flat area at the top of this photo. It'd make a nice landing zone for paragliding off of the ridge. Quote
Alpinfox Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 There are some great big boulders precariously balanced on the PCT at the Kendall Katwalk. They are just PERFECT for trundling. GO GET 'EM!!! Quote
skyclimb Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 E, you sadistic bastard. For all you who haven't witnessed the fury of Mr. E unleashing on oversized boulders, beware. He's a trundling machine. Scariest trundle ever, was cutting loose a block off CBR with Layton, and not hearing it hit for quite a few seconds. It really then set in where we were, and that we needed to get off that fucker. to trundeling and adding to the exposure Quote
Crack Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 trundling in the desert everything explodes into beach sand Quote
