Dr_Flash_Amazing Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 Sweet! Corporate whore and Bush minion extraordinaire for highest office in the land! Hell, if His Idiotship could get elected twice, why not put CondOILeeza in? If Dick Cheney's cold, black, mechanical heart is still ticking by then, he could make a great Veep for her, too. Who wouldn't want another oil war/Halliburton handout presidency? Keep the standards high, is what DFA says! Seriously, though, that's pretty funny, PP. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 I think Hillary would beat Condi, especially if Obama is on the ticket. Quote
cj001f Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 Da-Cat for president! Wouldn't be the first Robot.... Quote
willstrickland Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 Dick Morris is certifiably insane with that commentary. For one, Hillary has zero chance of even winning the primary, the Dems know that her presence on the ticket would do more to fire up the Wingut Freeper base than anything imaginable. And two the GOP core constituency will vote for a negro presidential candidate about the same time hell freezes over. Quote
Gidget Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 Da-Cat for president! I vote this chap for prez Quote

More likely certain hypocrites on the left would revolt against the idea of a "chick" running the country. And two the GOP core constituency will vote for a negro presidential candidate about the same time hell freezes over. Nice try - keep telling yourself this. The real reason the Dems hate this prospect is that they fear losing their de facto psychological stranglehold on the black vote through race-baiting and socio-economic dependency. Without the solid 90+% Black constituency, Dems will slip farther from ther 51-48 minority - deeper into the abyss. Quote
EWolfe Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 Da-Cat for president! I vote this chap for prez Hey! You changed your vote! Quote

bunglehead Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 If the "Dems" put up Hillary for pres nominee, they're even more out of touch and dumber than I fear. there is no fucking way she could win after all the shit with her husband, not even mentioning the shit she gets from "the right" wing radio fucks all the time. A lot of people eat that shit up ....Why don't normal people that all folks agree with and respect run for office? What the fuck? Quote

She is a very strong candidate - much stronger than Gore or Kerry. And a lot smarter too. She has been playing the political game very well this past year, and the move to NY as a senator had added credibility and gravitas to her as a serious candidate. ....Why don't normal people that all folks agree with and respect run for office? What the fuck? Like who? Give examples of such potential candidates for each party that this would apply to - meaning people you could vote for? Quote

Her greatest strength as a canidate is probably the ability, like W has, to inspire her opposition into frothing at the mouth with hatred. Quote

My biggest gripe with her in the past was that she was riding on the coattails on her husband and taking power without earning it (e.g. through an election). She's paying her dues now, and as such I find her to be more legitimate. Quote
