Camilo Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Just so you all know, I was at the gym last night and almost didn't notice the four shiny new machines at the gym. They're right next to the weight bench and consist of 2 treadmills, an elliptical runner thing, and a stair stepper. All Precor brand. They look fancy. Quote
b-rock Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Wow! Never thought I'd see the day. Those Precor tredmills are dope - set the incline to 15% and feel the burn... Quote
ChestBeater Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Â I thought this thread was going to be about rbw's mom. Quote
Winter Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Yeah they look great, although I've seen all of 0 people on them in the last two days. But I think the folks in the gym have responded rather directly to the comments we have made on this board. Quote
rbw1966 Posted December 6, 2004 Posted December 6, 2004 I thought this thread was going to be about rbw's mom. Â My mom died of cancer in 1992. You won't be getting much of a cardio work out there, Sport, unless you're digging her up. Quote
thecircuit Posted December 8, 2004 Posted December 8, 2004 the only reason Gary is doing anything to mend his relationship with any of his customers is not because he all of the sudden cares what you think, or wants to improve your experience. Competition is on its way. It will be here in a few months, and his movements are defensive. He knows we're coming. Quote

Camilo Posted December 8, 2004 Author Posted December 8, 2004 If it's not going to be EXTREME, I'm not interested. Quote
thecircuit Posted December 8, 2004 Posted December 8, 2004 It's going to have a suggestion box. More details to come. Quote
Gaper_Jeffy Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 Yeah . . . you guys may have cardio equipment now, but you're still not surrounded by MILFs when you use it Quote
cj001f Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 but you're still not surrounded by MILFs when you use it so ride a bike in beaverton. Of course they are out to kill you ..... Quote
Dr_Flash_Amazing Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 Oh fer crissakes, fess up. Â The rumor (major emphasis on rumor) is ca. 10k square feet of bouldering gym in St. John's, but, as with all rumors, one must consider the source when evaluating the truth of the rumor. Quote
Ireneo_Funes Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 Or maybe the new gym's being built under that bridge in Corvallis? Â See the Pictures! Quote
thecircuit Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Those are good rumors. Details? The details are that I want this to be your gym, so you tell me what you want. Tell me what you don't want. I'm listening. Quote
Ireneo_Funes Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Want: swimming pool (like they have under that bridge in Corvallis) Â Don't want: hard bouldering problems that make me feel feeble and inadequate Quote
texplorer Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 New problems of all grades DAILY would be nice. Pleasant staff. Cut your members slack-injury. Oh, and keep the hard boulder problems for me to pretend like I can almost get and make Ireneo feel feeble nad inadequate. Quote
Winter Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 10,000 sq ft at the corner of SE 26th and Clinton with free beer, cheerleaders ..... an twins. Quote
thecircuit Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 We will not get rid of the hard problems but we can arrange an inflatable kiddie pool to splash around in if its that important. Trust me, I have tried for the free beer and cheerleaders. How 'bout some dope terrain, maybe some fairness, maybe some generosity, maybe some giving back to the climbing community... Quote
Gaper_Jeffy Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 10,000 sq ft at the corner of SE 26th and Clinton with free beer, cheerleaders ..... an twins. What about MILFs? Quote
