Uh, yeah. I just looked at how the photo was composed. I'm not much of a photographer but I seem to recall that one composes a picture by mentally superimposing a grid on the view, something like a tic tac toe shape. So anyway, I noticed something.

Fake. Composition conveniently includes a skewed field of vision and the guy with the bike is just leaning on the pole. There's no motion there. This is staged.

I don't necessarily mean by blurring. I fidn it ahrd to believe that anyone flying over the handlebars, as the photo suggests, would have his foot supporting his weight on the ground as it is, and his hand firmly gripping the handlebar as it does. His body position suggests he more interested in balancing the bicycle in that position than protecting himself from harm.
