Thus all sorts of urban legands were born such as, 1.you get a wish 2.you get a free tootsie pop  I think they all have the indian w/a star now , dunno I haven't had one in years.  p.s. q: how many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie roll pop, Mr Owl?  a: mr owl is a cheating motherf$#cker!
