Bronco Posted May 3, 2003 Posted May 3, 2003 black star in a can Moose Drool is pretty good too, but not really working beer, maybe good for cleaning up and putting tools away, but, yer not gonna get much done if yer drinking it at 10am. True story, I helped a friend of mine tear off a roof and put a new one on last summer/fall. He brings up a cooler with a case of bud or budlight. We work our asses off for about 10 hours occasionally sipping a brew, I musta drank 3 or 4 and was going for another and the cooler was empty! That bastard drank 20 or 21 beers in 10 hours and never missed a beat! I sure was proud of him! Quote

Eastsider Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 Kokanee, Henry's or Foster's. Classic cheap lawnmower beers. Quote
mattp Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 You might want to get some Olympia beer - in stubbies - because I think they are closing the brewery and it will soon be a thing of the past. You can get Corona any time. Quote
sketchfest Posted May 4, 2003 Posted May 4, 2003 There's only one true animal beer...Schmidt!! Always had pictures of elk or huge trout jumping out the water on the can. A case cost something like .10, just half a step above generic beer. Aaaahhh, the memories. Quote

I love how in the late fall you start seeing the big ass banners at the rural convenience stores - "SCHMIDT - Its always in season" Quote

specialed Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 Shit I like PBR and budweiser. I just think those three beers are bad. But Blitz is OK sometimes. Quote
Eastsider Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 Hey, I can't think of any beer that I would outright refuse to drink (except maybe Hudy Delight)... Quote
