i ve seena a guy run down and slab then out his face into it as he tripped up....i have also seen another guy fall of of inline started to run down it turned back around and tool the skin off of his arm on the day of prom........ dont fall is the option and then if you dont choose that option i would say push out and hope for the best......

dont forget to metiont he 16 mile approach from mazama....that adds to the fun..... the liberty crack has been climbed in the winter, but as far as i know thin red line awaits doing the lib bell in winter i would think would get you into mode for something big and nasty not sunny cali granite.......

okay here is one story and i am sure some of oyu have already heard it, but i do enjoy it.... so my friend who is a camp consular asked to borrow a sleeping bag a couple weeks in advance, so i said sure let me know close to the time and i will hook you up.... so a couple weeks go by and i am doing my usual thing.....i promised wallstein that i would pick him up at the airport when he got back from ak....same weekend this girl i was seeing asked if i wanted to go seakayking at her parents beach cabin and like any male i said yes.... so her and i had quite a bit of fun, thing is at 1am when wallstein needed to be picked up i wasnt there, dont quite remember what i was doing but it had something to do with sea kayaking....!?!?! either way his mom takes care of him and i he accpeted my excuse, what male couldnt right??? but i get home monday and there is a message from my friend saying he needs the bag today.....i call him back and he gives me the details, so i say i will go drive it out to him... so i pull my pack apart and the smell from the love bag was quite strong....i planned on cleaning it, but he needed it and needed it bad since he didnt make anyother arrangements... so we get out there and he is all physced about borrowing it, i made no mention of the recent hostry of the bag and i figured it better that he didnt know this late in the game..... anyways he borrowed it for a week and then gave it back to me.....making only a slight comment on how it smelt like sea water.....i was like yeah it fell in the sound ........i washed that bag and washed it again..... now the real sad thing about this story is that my dear friend jer shared this story with my last girlfriend who borrowed the bag a couple of times too(different girls) lets just say her and i didn't go camping anymore...... krueger go to a specialty fastner store and pick up some quick links and some chain....they should be stainless and relativly cheap....figure this if contruction workers are usin this stuff to lift/haul or whatever stuff then a scrawny climbers shouldnt be an issue...... i was re-reading your questions and i think if you put out exaclty what you are asking then a better answer could come about... are you setting up a new anchor drilling holes and placing bolts and hangers?? are you replacing crappy webbing and rings??

nice work boyz(w, forrest & other dudes) and i thing to note is that a good friend 'with experience' tried to relocate it once and all that happened is that i passed out from the pain.....so i am leary when anyone wants to relocate a shoulder......

bone i aint the lord of anything, never said i was....quit implying shit....i think i can climb only 2 or 3 routes out there .....sheesh all that chalk dust has gone straight to your brain...... and yes i am self rightous as all get out....part of my self destructive personality....... sayjay i never did knock on gym climbers....just made an observation and commented on it.... and where do i climb with a 7am-6pm/5 job, well shit bro i dont know i got other things going on during the week.......get hold of me thursday night..... feel free to join us anytime.....caveman and i are shooting for a winter ascent of sabre soon, does anyone have any extra pitons for the anchor we can borrow.....?

pitch length varies from pitch to pitch.... it all depends on the route and what not.. and as far as rappelling the 60m pitches if oyu rap the route then most likely, but then again sometime there is another way off.
