there is no cure for the cold don't waste your money. you can only treat the symptoms. one of the best ways ever is called a Nettie Pot, basically pour warm salt water up your nose. also gargle with warm salt water. then zinc and eccinahsea(sp?). be sure to take A LOT of ecch, way way more than the dose on the bottle. basically you want to finish the bottle or eat all the pills in about 5-7 days. ecch tea isn't strong enough, you need to drink about 5-7 cups a day...which may be a good way to go about it actually cuz you're really hydrating yourself. also, Orange Juice promotes mucus, so go with Pinapple juice instead.

okay. i read the orignal post a little more closely and would like to step up the ridicule of this accomplishment. the "for immediate release" part that starts off the post is what immediatly pisses me off. More corporate self promotion. I'm sure that since these guys are from Boulder, they are in the People From Colorado That Know Each Other Fan Club, a.k.a. "Climbing Magazine" I didn't find one stirring sentance or point of interest in this garbage. Man i fucking hate this shit. -

i don't have time to read this thread. have we discussed who decided that these 3 are the trifecta and why should we care. why am i being a dick when i could be accused of doing the same thing on many other TRs and posts? There was nothing interesting about this. no funny stories, cool pictures, learning experiences. basically this is the ultimate chestbeat on a totally arbitrary feat that in no way advances any realm of climbing in the cascades. summary: i did a bunch of random arbitrary shit faster than other people have. -
well i think i did it. lets see how long it lasts. i found some heavy fishing line and threaded it and knotted one end. the major crux was tieing the knot on the other end so the line was tight enough. i tried vice grips (slips right out) holding the lobes closed and tieing the knot with my tongue. i got the knot tied with my tongue but when i let go, it still wasn't tight enough. so i tried to loosen the know and slide it closer to the hole. after much hand and mouth acrobatics, i gave up so i hunted around my room for a while to find a tight placement for it. finally i found a spot (my tape cassette holder) and was able to use both hands to tie a tighter knot. works sweet now!

Fuck n' A! Classic Pink Floyd Lineup to Play Live 8 By Associated Press Sun Jun 12, 6:18 PMUPDATED 18 HOURS 14 MINUTES AGO LONDON - Organizers of the London Live 8 concert said Sunday that the British rock band Pink Floyd would perform with its classic lineup at the July event for the first time in more than two decades. Guitarist David Gilmour, drummer Nick Mason, bass player Roger Waters and keyboard player Richard Wright have not performed on stage together since 1981. The group, which achieved major success with their 1973 album "Dark Side Of The Moon," will join musical acts including Elton John, Madonna, Paul McCartney and Coldplay at the anti-poverty concert in Hyde Park on July 2. "Like most people I want to do everything I can to persuade the G-8 leaders to make huge commitments to the relief of poverty and increased aid to the third world," Gilmour said. "It's crazy that America gives such a paltry percentage of its GNP to the starving nations." Waters, the group's founder, split with the rest of the band after a falling-out in the 1980s. "Any squabbles Roger and the band have had in the past are so petty in this context, and if re-forming for this concert will help focus attention then it's going to be worthwhile," Gilmour said.
