  1. Tvash - you WILL make Sherman succumb to your will eh? It seems you maybe getting obsessed.
  2. Folks have made it up already a few weeks back and encountered a bit of snow but the view I had last weekend made it look clear and good to go.
  3. "it is important to note he didn't actually jump Everest. He jumped a mountain right next to Everest called Changtse. His feat is still very impressive but I do feel people need to be honest about what they do. Everest is still open for the first base jump" From the comments section
  4. John - Were you a fat kid or something? Why all the hate of the fatties they make you look all the better right?
  5. I have a Big Agnes summer version of the neo-air. In winter I take it and a thin/old ridgrest. Comfort of the design is unparalleled compared to my ridgerest. You cannot however pop/puncture the ridgerest nor will the valve leak. If either of the above happens a wet T-shirt may work better than the neo-air. I should add that my buddy uses the neo-air (insulated) loves it, after using the foam forever and swears it is equally as warm.
  6. Anyone been in the vicinity and able to give beta on road/trail conditions in the general area? Specifically driveable road elevation or where it gets skin able? Thanks
  7. Sshhhhhhh!
  8. Better the short course than the short bus. Lucky bleeper.
  9. GaHD! How was it? No takers for hookie today! Dammit!
  10. I would say "all summer" is a bit of an exaggeration. One can easily view the area above by going a wee bit further up the main trail, but later in the season I would venture to say it is not necessary to sweat it more than slab daddy, Oso rodeo, primal scream or the chicken shit gully. Let's do this one Curt. I have an option to make it even more memorable.
  11. I am game Ron, if you really want to go back.
  12. Too awesome for a real reply! That first photo kicks ass!
  13. What is there to say except Another nice one Dan.

    Shot or Jail?

"The couple claim they were framed. They plan to appeal their convictions, their attorneys have said." Framed? Give me a flipping break. I am one of the most anti violent people you would ever meet but cases like this are inexcusable. Framed my ass! I am with you on the .38 bullet. I did not need to read this today......sheesh.
  17. x2 You could have left it at that Frieh.......thanks for the reminder of your trip.
  18. you could do what I have done in the past and collect various real rocks, use a roto hammer and drill two holes in them and attach to your wall using coarse thread lag bolts. On small jibs etc I have used drywall screws. On the holds using lag bolts I used a larger diameter drill bit to make a countersink hole. this will make for durable holds that are textured and not just like real rock they are real rock. Maybe a little labor intesive but not so much as the Burdick method. They are pretty as well.
  19. Lame. Have you tried opening the site in another browser than what you are using? I like Mozilla Firefox.
  20. Are you getting this far and clicking the highlighted area? That should open a windw that allows you to go to the proper directory/file.
