I haven't been there this time of year but its a bit longer than Camp Muir, but not really any more strenuous. I think you'd like it. Its cool to see another part of the Mountain.

Dragontail is a big mountain with a lot of loose rock as well as some glacier issues. Since access is pretty easy maybe it sucks a lot of people in who don't have a ton of alpine experience.

I would have liked to hear more from Obama on reducing health care costs by taking away the incentive for physicians to over-treat. Unfortunately, I think the Republicans would react to any suggestion that reigning in the free market or putting any limits on the profits of insurance oligopolies (to borrow JB's term) by further charging socialism and death panels and such.
