  2. Dodge Ram: You dick may be small, but at least your partner's isn't.
  3. Subaru: Because lesbianism beats walking
  4. That guy's done way too much acid.
  5. I'm whatever you want me to be.
  6. GM's problem? Everything they make blows goats.
  7. I regularly get $30 for mine on craigslist, with a disclaimer that it's shot and shouldn't be used for climbing. Boaters love 'em.
  8. The Gubmint's just a reflection of us. If you want to know who the other side is gonna be when the revolution comes, look in the mirror.
  9. Zappa lover, too. Bring 'im back, airman.
  10. Hey, I've got nothing against the Gay'r Force. I flew space A on a C5 to England and back, then on to Cali in a C141 for $1.65 (lunch). Service was great, although the 'stewardess' was about 6'2" and 220. On time, too...given that I had no clue what the schedule was supposed to be. No window seat, but hey, you get what you pay for.
  11. Apparently, the only evidence the gubmint has against Ali is a single mention if his name by another terror suspect who was being tortured at the time. Good luck with that. War on Terror my ass. So fucked up, as only the U.S. gubmint can do it.
  12. Air Force = gay summer camp
  13. By all credible accounts he seems innocent of terrorism. He'll probably walk. Ironically, the gubmint had a strong case against heim for identity theft, bank fraud, and other charges all ready to go...until he was nabbed by Bush. A fed judge ruled he can no longer be tried for those charges. Also, he was tortured for years to the point of psychosis, casting more doubt on the gubmint's case. Your tax dollars at work.
  14. Judging by the amount you whine, you'll probably be dispatched soon enough.
  15. The hard part is explaining the gnaw marks....
  16. I have a venom and aztarex. The venom shaft plunges better, of course, but the aztarex is the much better technical tool for everything from hooking ice to coloir neve. I pair them up a lot on alpine climbs. I've climbed steep mixed with the aztarex. It flexes a bit more than a real ice tool like a quark, but otherwise does suprisingly well even on that kind of technical terrain. I'm going to customize and add a real grip rest (quark style) for the aztarex, because the provided grip rest is kind of useless: it doesn't do much to protect your knuckles and is pretty minimal to rest on. I also drilled a hole near the bottom of the shaft for an umbiliical clip point, and added a racquetball grip sleeve, available from GI Joes and other generic sports outlets for about $5. Works well. Have fun.
  17. You're on notice, butterball.... [video:youtube]v=z80vlqiJJ44
  18. We're all headed for the same destination, but some of us encounter a tree along the way.
  19. I'm still devastated from Sonny Bono's tragic death, and now this.
  20. 'Portland'? What is this 'Portland'?
  21. Killing for fun = psychopath. Getting paid to kill for fun = concerned citizen willing to take action. Okee dokee, artichokee, cuz i know the first thing I reach for when I want to save the planet is my gun.

    Rock hard?

ie, we're all screwed, because human is what we are and will remain. That's one limitation that, by definition, we'll never exceed. Looking for mythical solutions outside of what we are is just another search for El Dorado. Considering what is discussed is an ascent of understanding and/or awareness, perhaps it is your lack of such that allows an assumption of humans stalling at their present state instead of continuing a long evolution. Does your local FSM cult require you to regard evolution as "mythical"? Nirvana has been available to plain old human beings for thousands of years now, oh not-so-wise-one. No Greg Bear trilogies required. It's all right here, right now if you look.
  24. Good post. Thanks for the insight.
