I moved in after she had lived her for like 6mo. Landlord put her down as a recognized roomie. The landlord loves us...hates laura. yeah it sucks. i don't understand why she would want to live in a house where every one wants her out. I also don't understand how she can't be evicted when she's continually disrupting the harmony of the house!
-
oregon laws REALLY protect the renters....i guess to evict her she might have to evict the whole house and rewrite the lease....the lawyer is checking into it.

OK so this has nothing to do with climbing but I am hoping to acquire some advice here. I live in a fairly large house hold 5 total. 3 of us are on the lease. One girl, Laura, is on the lease as a "recognized room mate" because she already has an eviction on her rental history. As of late she has gone completely crazy so we tried to give her thirty days. She refused and says take me to court....so that's the direction we are headed. Which will probably take forever! In the meantime she is trying to make our life HELL. Blaring the stereo at random times, like 3AM and a variety of other things. It seems like it is super hard to get someone out of the house! Oh the landlord doesn't like her at all...she actually flipped out on the landlord at one point. But it seems the landlord wants us to do the dirty work. Has anyone gone through this before? Discuss...I need advice and some humor here

Ride Solace Snowboard Women's- Reviews? Opinions?
Knottygirl replied to sapphire25's topic in the *freshiezone*
I use the ride DVa bindings and also really like them. I had a friend who had a ride board for years and loved it up until it was stolen at the mountain. I'd just pay attention to what length of board you get (my beginner mistake was buying an aggressive board that was a bit too big for me...although i was able to grow into it) Good luck! -

awesome you guys! -
hmm most of the climbers i meet are more on the high payin job side...probably climb to balance it all out...the dirtbag lifestyle is more appealing because it is more pure, rugged, earthy...you gotta understand something to want to spend a majority of your time playin outside!
-
whatever she didn't earn her tan outside and she sure as hell ain't going to jam her hand into a crack!

IMHO: if you're passionate about climbing, day dream at work about your next climbing trip, watch climbing video while making-out, who else will "get" you but another climber? I sell real estate for a living. My job is highly professional and I wear suites every day. Some nights I wear my tightest jeans and the taller the heel the better. But most of the time I'd rather be dirt baggin' with a fellow climber. A guy climbing with his shirt off, chalk on his face, greasy hands from the rope, full rack across his chest? Beats any swanker wearing a suite. Words of advice sister: he's gotta climb. Just makes it so much better... especially if you have a solid group of mutual climber friends. sickie yeah so hence my problem...how can i ever date anyone that isn't a climber....no one else understands yo!
-
question for ya ladies....so i have run into the problem that dating a non-climber probally won't work (or hasn't for me) cuz... 1)they don't understand why someone would want to spend so much time "training". 2)it freaks them out that i could school their ass in an arm wrestling compition. 3)they don't understand that i don't wear heels because i'm afraid of rolling my ankle and not being able to climb...yes it has happened before 4)and the fact that you usually climb with other guys and they don't understand the whole workings of a climbing session so they are insecure with it.... please enlighten me

nah you don't sound like an old fart you sound right on!

oh and where are all the hot climber guys?
-
i could say so much...good thing i have a cold and lost my voice...
-
its been my experience when climbing or doing anything high I slow down and double check everything....same for my stoner partners....that's why we have our "safety meetings"

I can focus much better after I smoke...for example when i was in high school and began smoking I started getting straight A's ....as for climbing after I smoke I get a little to timid although I can maintain better focus on my belaying. Have you ever been tested for ADD? No offense, and I'm not kidding, but pot is one of the primary self medications that helps the condition. Back to the subject at hand, I certainly wouldn't hunt within anyone who is stoned, particularly if they were a chimpanzee with tool making skills. yes i have been tested for ADD...and yes I am, no offense taken I find it to be a helpful quality in being an artist....and yep my dad and I have both been self medicating ourselves, its much better then taking the amphetamines they typically prescribe

Sometimes I work at a youth center and we had to call the police on an irate parent who was physically threatening a couple of girls who were in a fight with his daughter. The police didn't show up for three hours! The whole time the girls were too scared to walk home because of this crazy guy! Not to mention the youth center is sponsored by the police (oh and the cop shop is like 5 blocks away!) WTF!!!
-
Ahhh, that's really sweet! I suppose some nice guys still exist.... Happy birthday!

oh and if you lightly sand....it won't flake off as much.

engine block paint might work and I think it comes in safety orange just tape off where you don't want the paint.
