That's a lot to read, Have you ever said a joke, have someone not get it, then you explain it to them, and they are like "ohh I get it". It's not funny if you have to explain it. I still don't get it and if explained, wouldn't be as humorous as if I got it right off the bat.

True, that may be a mis-statement to call it faux. Still it makes me wonder why they didn't include that odd color in their production runs and cataloge if it was just like the other products. Could be they were experimenting with other suppliers or it was excess from a contract to outfit a guide service. Who knows?

Owen Wilson also had a busted nose and refuses to get it fixed.

President's day weekend means another day out there. Also the South Fork Ice festival for those inclined to travel http://www.southforkice.com/

The faux items are all army green/ dirt brown, usually it's own item#. For example, you may see two listings for the R-1 pullover, one in green/brown and one in normal colors.

Can you elaborate on the differences? Sure, First the "puffball" web special is missing a waist draw string to tighten it, whereas the micropuff has one. The biggest difference is the stitching in the baffels. The micropuff has horizontal "tubes" while the puffball has more like quilted blocks. There is additional material on the shoulders of the micropuff, where you would have your pack straps. After ordering the puffball online and going into Patagonia to compare the two side by side, I returned the $55 puffball and shelled out the extra cash for the micro-puff vest. Since the micro-suff is on sale now, snatch it up. My step-dad got the web special Das Parka, which appeared to have less loft than to one I got a year ago. I didn't do quite the analysis with the DAS as I did the vest.

U of O, hands down.

I noticed a lot of subtle differences between the puke green web specials and the standard production runs in the Das and micropuff vest. The real winter sale starts on Feb 12th.

At his last Feathered Friends slideshow, Colin gave an endorsement of the Wild Country Ropeman. I have a Tibloc, but have yet to use it so I didn't think it necessary to upgrade to a Ropeman.

They posted all super clearance items on their site. L-A-M-E. They used to have good gear on clearance like my first set of cams, $20 ea.

Damn it! Ok, so that leaves squats, leg curls, calf raises, etc.
-
The next Pub Club? Wouldn't that be like wearing a band T-shirt to their own concert? Wear it tonight at Feathered Friends for the Lowell Skoog show.

Then pick em up! Light is right

That Chuck Norris endorsement goes pretty far...

Ok, I have a simmilar deal as spider girl, pulled finger tendon while pulling on plastic. Does the "don't climb on an injury" thing apply to weight lifting as well?

This is going to resurect a "spray sucks this week" thread

I go to the mountains to break away from compulsivly lurking on Cascadeclimbers.com

Getting back to the topic on hand. Does Washington count for anything today? Being unfamiliar with this process, do I have to attend a caucus tonight or just drop off my absentee ballot?

the x350a is supposed to be "x" for mixed, 350 grams and "a" for adjustable. In reading a blog on this harness, my attention was caught by this other model for mixed climbing with ice clipper slots. This model is not out yet. I am just curious to see what all the hype is about so it's worth walking a block over from Vivace.

Mountain Gear has this model up for $150, but don't expect to ship until 2/22
